Prepare for Your Entrance Exam and Apply for YIMES Scholarship

Are you preparing for JEE, NEET or any other entrance examination? If you plan to take admission to a college in 2027, you can apply for the YIMES Scholarship Examination while preparing for your entrance exam.

Along with your entrance exam preparation, you can also take the YIMES Scholarship Examination. Your YIMES score and the verified academic fee of the college where you secure admission will be used to calculate your scholarship amount, according to the official scholarship rules.

How Does It Work?

1. Prepare for JEE, NEET or another entrance examination.

2. Apply for the YIMES Scholarship Examination while preparing for your entrance exam.

3. Appear for both examinations according to their respective schedules.

4. Secure admission to your preferred college through its own admission process.

5. Submit your admission letter and academic-fee documents for verification.

6. Based on your YIMES score and verified academic fee, your eligible scholarship amount will be calculated and paid in cash to your or your parent's bank account, subject to the official scholarship rules.

Example: If you are preparing for JEE and want to study at an IIT, NIT, SRM or another eligible college, you can take the YIMES Scholarship Examination alongside your entrance exam preparation. Once you secure admission, your college's academic fee will be verified, and your scholarship amount will be calculated according to your YIMES score and the official rules.

Important Note: The maximum academic fee considered for scholarship calculation is ₹12 lakh. YIMES is a separate scholarship examination.

How the YIMES Scholarship Works

•  Register on the official YIMES website.
•  Complete the application form and upload the required documents.
•  Pay the examination application fee of ₹1,200 plus applicable GST.
•  Appear for the YIMES Scholarship Examination according to the announced schedule.
•  Complete the required document and academic-fee verification to qualify for scholarship benefits.

Important Information: The maximum academic fee considered for scholarship calculation is ₹12 lakh. If the actual academic fee is lower, the scholarship is calculated on the actual fee; if it is higher, only ₹12 lakh is considered.

The YIMES Scholarship Examination is separate from JEE, NEET and other entrance examinations. Students must apply for college admission independently through the relevant institution.
