Refund counselling/tuition fee
Before filling out the YIMES registration form, all applicants and visitors are advised to carefully read the following Terms & Conditions and Policy Guidelines. YIMES will not be responsible if any applicant fails to understand the mentioned clauses before registration.
The registration/application fee is strictly non-refundable. Once the online application is submitted or the offline application is accepted by our office, the application fee immediately becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.
A student will be considered for YIMES scholarship support only after successfully completing the required process and meeting the eligibility criteria defined by YIMES and its partner institutions. Scholarships are provided only to meritorious and deserving students and cannot be transferred to any other individual.
Scholarship support, if approved, will be processed only after proper verification of documents and confirmation of eligibility. The mode of disbursement will be decided by YIMES and its authorized partners.
Program or partner institute fees, wherever applicable, must be paid within the timeline mentioned in the admission or offer communication. Failure to complete payment within the given time may result in cancellation of the opportunity.
YIMES will not be responsible for any delay, technical issue, or loss of communication during email, courier, or online communication between the student and any partner institution. Fees once paid are non-refundable after the commencement of any program or after a student voluntarily withdraws, remains absent, or is removed due to misconduct or violation of rules. In such cases, YIMES will have no liability. Students receiving provisional opportunities due to pending results must submit valid mark sheets or required documents within the specified timeline. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation, and no refund will be applicable. After a student is connected with or admitted to any partner institute or organization, YIMES will not be responsible for disputes, academic issues, or financial matters arising between the student and the institute. Such matters will be handled directly between the concerned parties. No interest will be paid on any amount, deposit, or fee under any condition. YIMES reserves the full right to update, modify, or amend its policies, terms, or guidelines at any time without prior notice. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the legal jurisdiction decided by YIMES management and applicable Indian laws. Refunds, cancellations, or reversals are not entertained once the registration process has been completed.
